||・Commission Request ・ ||

・Commission Request Form: 英ローズ Commission Form (CLOSED ATM)

・Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY; you can use it however you want as long as it will not be reproduced, alter it in any way (such as removing my watermark) , and claiming it as yours.・Contact me via Email or DMs in one of my social media accounts for Commercial works which will have additional fees for commercial rights. ・Photo/Visual References are highly encouraged, especially if you have a specific pose, character(s) or elements that will be used in the artwork.・Rush commissions are not allowed.・ It might take 1 TO 3 WEEKS since I value quality and put a lot of hours into my work. It also depends on my schedule since I am a college student and can only work during free time. I will be sending updates from time to time during the creation process and final check phases.・Characters will be drawn in my own style.・Sharing and reposting the artwork is allowed, but please credit me

||・Process・ ||

・I have the right to decline the commission if I feel uncomfortable, my skill level might not meet your request, or if your request falls under the things I do not draw.・Listed prices might increase depending on the complexity and add-ons requested. This will be discussed afterwards in the email or DM after filling up the commission form and during the creation process of the artwork.・I'll show you the progress of the sketch, line art, and flat color so you may review it and make revisions before I continue to work on the artwork.・Minor revisions are free of charge. However, it is only limited up to three (3) minor Revisions. These are the minor changes, such as color adjustments, detail changes, and proportion fixes. (Proportion fixes are only available during the sketch phase.)・Major revisions are charged and cost ₱350 ($8)/each. However, it is only limited up to three (3) Major revisions. These are the huge changes, such as pose/perspective, outfit changes, lighting, or shading adjustments.・If I am unable to fulfill the commission during the progress, I can offer a complete refund. (such as I had to cancel because of personal reasons.)

||・Payment・ ||

・The client must PAY 50% deposit (non-refundable) before I start with the sketch. After the sketch has been approved the remaining balance should be paid full before I continue finishing up the artwork.・I can give you a partial refund (25%) if, for any reason, you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit. But only if I haven't started with the sketch yet. (I will keep the 25% of the total cost minimum).・STRICTLY NO REFUNDS once I started with the Line art phase for any reasons.・Mode of payment will be through GCash for local clients, Paypal and Ko-Fi for international clients.

||・Copyright・ ||

・I have the rights to post the commissioned artwork and use it for portfolio and promotional purposes. But I don't own any rights to the client's ideas, characters, or any well-known intellectual property.・Putting or feeding any of my artwork(s) into any AI or NFT is strictly prohibited. I am also not interested in any cryptocurrency-related or generative AI. I own all rights to the artwork.
